Your club needs YOU!

Please consider volunteering.  Desert Dominion is run on an exclusively volunteer basis, and we could always use more help.  Below are a few of the ways in which you can help your club.

Door Person

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members

  • Verify sign-ins

  • Accept entry fees

  • Account for the cash box

  • Handle membership renewals and new member signups

Perks:

  • $8 play parties

  • Free events

Requirements:

  • Member in good standing

  • Attend door training

Dungeon Monitor

Responsibilities:

  • Watch over the play floor

  • Ensure rules are followed

  • Provide safety and assistance as required

Requirements:

  • Member in good standing

  • Attend dungeon monitor training

  • Attend one DM roundtable per quarter

Committees

Desert dominion has various committees devoted to education, social events, and membership-driven initiatives.  Our council members always appreciate help setting up events, breaking events down, and other physical labor.  Committees are run by council members and/or chosen representatives.

Special Projects Committee

Members of the special projects committee assist with various large undertakings as needed.  Our current project involves making better use of the space we have available at Desert Dominion!  We're attempting to add more seating, and an aftercare area, and arrange the play floor in a way that makes maximum use of the space available.

Calls to Action
