Membership
How To Become A Member:
Must Be Done In Person at our Business Location
- Attend an In Person Orientation at our business space. No exceptions.
- Complete the Membership Liability Form given to you at Orientation (no online forms available).
- Show valid government identification to establish you are 18 years of age or older.
- Purchase a membership at our business space.
Forms of payment:
- We take cash and card.
- We do not process online transactions.
- Card transactions will have an $1 fee added for processing.
Why is an Orientation Required?
- To attend any DD event that is a member only event (Parties/Business Meetings/Volunteer Programs)
- To be vetted to meet legal requirements
- To learn our organization’s policies, rules and protocol
- To become a Member
- To renew your membership if your membership has been expired for 2 years or longer.
Orientations will not be held within 24 hours or same day of a Party. No exceptions.
All Desert Dominion Events will denote in the description whether it’s a member’s only event, or a public event and the pricing for each event.
Orientations are offered multiple times per month, please see our calendar for the days/times.
Desert Dominion offers six types of memberships.
All membership categories, except Temporary Memberships, provide the member voting rights as a shareholder in the organization during our announced Membership Meetings.
3 month – All Access: The fee is $75 for 3 months and allows free access into all Desert Dominion events, with exception of Weekend Intensives, Themed Play Parties, and special events.
12 month – All Access: The fee is $250 for 12 months and allows free access into all Desert Dominion events, with exception of Weekend Intensives, Themed Play Parties, and special events.
3 month – Regular: The fee is $20 for three months and allows free access into discussion groups, Hands on Training (HOTs), Special Interest Groups, and other events that are Free To Members in the event description. You will be offered a special Membership pricing to all DD events, as described in the event description (Play Parties, Themed Events, Seminars, Weekend Intensives and special events).
6 month – Regular: The fee is $30 for six months allows free access into discussion groups, Hands on Training (HOTs), Special Interest Groups, and events that are Free To Members in the event description. You will be offered a special Membership pricing to all DD events, as described in the event description (Play Parties, Themed Events, Seminars, Weekend Intensives and special events).
12 month – Regular: The fee is $50 for 12 months allows free access into discussion groups, Hands on Training (HOTs), Special Interest Groups, and events that are Free To Members. You will be offered a special Membership pricing to all DD events, as described in the event description (Play Parties, Themed Events, Seminars, Weekend Intensives and special events).
Temporary (single event): The fee is $3 and entitles you to a single event attendance at Discussion Groups, Hands On Training (HOTs), and Special Interest Groups only. This category CAN NOT be used for membership only events (parties, council meetings, membership meetings) and expires the same day. All other event fees still apply. Orientation is not mandatory for a temporary membership but we require that you read and be familiar with Desert Dominion’s rules.
A Desert Dominion membership entitles you to attend all Desert Dominion events. Orientation is required for new members, and former members whos membership has lapsed for greater than 2 years.

- To attend any of our Play Parties you must have an active (non-expired) DD Membership card and a photo ID. Qualifying reciprocal members will need their clubs membership card as well as a photo ID.
- Note: Special themed parties are a higher cost and are not covered under All Access memberships
- Themed Weekend Play Party – $15
Our Guest Pass Policy
Members who purchase a 1 year regular membership will receive 4 guest passes for that period, Members who purchase a 6 month membership will receive 2 guest passes for that period, and Members who purchase a 3 month membership will receive 1 guest pass for that period. Guest passes allow non-members to become temporary members of Desert Dominion for the night. Guest passes are good for Desert Dominion play parties only. The member must be present the entire time as their guest and are responsible for their guests adherence to the club rules and policies. The guest will be provided with a copy of the rules when signing the liability waiver at the door.
Only 1 guest, per member, per play party is permitted.
Membership Card For Access To Events
Desert Dominion Members: Present your membership card and valid ID at the desk when you sign in or when requested by door staff. Card have expiration dates and will be marked/punched off in the guest pass area (squares), if bringing a guest.
Reciprocal Members: Present your membership card and valid ID at the desk when you sing in for an event. Let the door staff know you are a reciprocal member of your club, and you will put your organization’s name in the Member Number block and your expiration date in the Expiration Date block.
You will be considered a member of DD during that event and will be given the member prices for the event.
APEX Members: If you have a key fob, just show your fob in lieu of a membership card.
